a belated birthday present from a friend in HK. it runs on 3 AAA cells and is probably as bright as a single tube flurocent light energency light. it's got 19 LED bulds !

ah, i have one LCD torchlight too. very blindingly bright. the china ones are way way cheaper than the usa made ones. this is one torch you dun wanna let the kids have - boleh buta one ler
you don't have to go HK to get one. Just go around pasar malam, you will see plenty of them laying on the floor.
since it's a gift, i don't really mind where it comes from, but will start checking out pasar malams for good bargains ! Thanks
the light my wife's picking up for me is a surefire and it's way cheaper in HK. almost 1/2 the price here.
