Happy New Year

happy 2007.

funny how i'm living a stone's throw away from a major celebration area but have no intention to join in the countdown. must be due partly to the fact that my church is holding a morning watch at 6.30 am.

i'll be going to watch the fireworks. thought this year we'll make them sleep now, wake them 1/2 hour before midnight and walk over to the park to watch the fireworks.

have not really prepare for 2007, but then again how many are. this is not to say that we've not planned anything for next year. we have, on the big scale, when it comes down to dates and time, it'll be a bit more difficult.

short updates

all will have to be in point forms.

my wedding anniversary came and went, it zipped past us, we only managed to spend some time together (read - not enough). and of all places, my wife want to go to ikano power centre. what to do, have to brave the jam-lor. after 1/2 hour in parking lot, still no car park. my wife prayed for car park. i was like, dear, keep the miracle for something bigger-lah. you know what, as we were going to pay the parking ticket at the autopay station, 2 couples went into their car and left, leaving not 1 but 2 parking lot, next to each other, for me to choose. i immedietly repented !


my modem died-ed on me. bought a new one, tried to get online for two days, can't do it. called tech support, can't do it, want to scold people from streamyx, terus can. Have to appologize to all involve.

my wife took my car for repair, the mechanic sat in the car, drove round, no problem, so refused to do anything to my car. as soon as my wife turn out to go home, the noise came back !

is God trying to tell us something ?

volunteared as a teacher for VBS, 3 day of picking up children, trying to get their attention and sending them home tired, phew, praise God i survived.

had Board of Directors meeting, survived it.

pay came in and went out just as fast !

new year is 2 weeks away and i haven't plan for next year yet !

been busy

Dec is going to zip by v quickly. Tons of things happening, for time being mostly not work related. there's the brother in law's wedding, VBS happening now, mrs chief's training, office's charity Christmas party, cell Christmas dinner, children church's Christmas party, wedding anniversary, birthdays, church's Christmas dinner, then there's the new year.
