discovered again

another person from church found out that i'm blogging. must be my son's photo that is giving my identity away.

anyway this is not a controversial blog so no worries.

today is a good day to go to work, no traffic. i realise that i'm not as tensed as on a regular day. must be because i don't have to fight and jam my way to work. if that is the case, traffic jams are costing me more than just my time !

anyway i usually pray when stuck in jam but i must say it's not as easy as it sounds as there are may who jumps queue and cuts in front of you thinking they're on a motorbike. of course you'll also have to pay attention to the traffic in front of you and the trickiest part is you'll have to pray with your eyes open.

lame excuse

we've use mr & mrs chief's house for cell for years, that's why we're buying them lunch. what a lame excuse to buy someone lunch. i'm saying this in a good way.

we've been hosting cell in our house for more than a decade now and this is the first time anyone's use this excuse to buy us lunch.

thinking back i just gave God a 'big' offering. it's in ' ' coz to sme people it's
no big deal. and God bless us with a free lunch. how about that.

sometimes when we have something, we just want to withold it from God and hang on to it to make it last. but this episode reminds me that it's always better to give it to God.

new old camcorder

after scouting around for the longest time (also deciding to buy or not to buy), i'vefinally bought a camcorder. a canon mvx 430. very good feature but focusing in low light is a problem especially when it's in 'zoom' mode.

but there's lots of things to like about it. first of all it's 1k off the regular price. it was display model, apart for the 2nd hand stigma, everything else is intact, even the 1 year warranty. the battery is not even out of the packaging.

bought a 1G SD card for Rm59 and 2 Mini DV for Rm40. i've thought my children to record to the SD card. it only produces a 320x something pic but good enough for computer & e-mail.

i'm still very excited about it, will soon think of projects to do with it !
